3.1. The products offered on the website are handmade tufted rugs, either produced as limited editions or made to order according to customer preferences.
3.2. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
3.3. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price valid at the time of order confirmation will apply to that specific order.
3.4. Due to the nature of handmade production and screen display differences, product colors or details may slightly vary from the images shown on the website.
4. Orders
4.1. To place an order, you must select the desired product, add it to the shopping cart, and complete the checkout process by providing all required information.
4.2. The order is considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed.
4.3. By placing an order, you guarantee that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to make the purchase.

6.4. The risk of product loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the item has been handed over to the courier service.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
7.2. This right applies only to non-customized products.
7.3. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ruglyart.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
7.4. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
7.5. Custom-made or personalized rugs (made according to your chosen size, colors, or design) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive defective or do not match the approved design.
7.6. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on this website, including product designs, photos, text, logos, and other materials, is the property of Mustaches UAB / Rugly Art and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for losses arising from the Customer’s incorrect data entry or improper use of the website.
